Paid Social & Display Manager
We are seeking a Paid Social & Display Manager to lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across key digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google. This role will be responsible for driving measurable growth through data‑led decision making, delivering against revenue and efficiency targets, and ensuring best‑in‑class campaign management. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to maximise results, foster innovation, and contribute to the long‑term growth of the business.
What you will do:
- Define Paid Social & Display strategy across on‑platform (TikTok Shop, Meta Shop) and off‑platform tactics (Meta Advantage+, TikTok Video Ads) at brand and category level.
- Support with day‑to‑day management and optimisation of Paid Social & Display (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Google), including campaign builds and audience creation.
- Own key performance metrics (Revenue / ROAS / Cost%) versus forecast.
- Ensure a data‑driven approach, exploring opportunities to automate, optimise and improve efficiency/ROAS.
- Analyse performance data to find growth opportunities and areas to improve.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance insights versus forecast and KPIs.
- Maintain gold‑standard platform hygiene with best‑in‑class campaign setup and optimisation, working with peers globally.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activity.
- Test new opportunities/creative and apply learnings to ongoing campaigns.
- Drive innovation, challenge the ordinary, and support long‑term growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams: performance marketing, DTC, marketing, commercial finance, social/influencer.
What will you have:
- Solid experience in Paid Social & Display (eCommerce preferred). Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Manager & TikTok Ads/Shop is essential.
- Commercially minded and results‑driven.
- Motivated self‑starter, ambitious, curious and open to testing new ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills – able to work with a mix of personalities and styles.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with proven multitasking ability.
- Strong data skills, especially measurement and attribution.
- Experience with Data Studio and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English .
