This position will be reporting into the Growth team, and working day-to-day with the Brand team.
The Growth team focuses on putting Zefir on an exponential trajectory, while building an efficient and robust acquisition engine.
The Brand team is dedicated to crafting impactful and innovative content that captures attention and drives engagement. Our goal is to establish Zefir as the most memorable brand in the real estate sector by leveraging cutting-edge advertising strategies across digital platforms.
About the RoleThis isn't just another performance marketing role. It's creative and AI driven paid acquisition at scale. As a Paid Social & Creative Manager, you will manage end to end the full paid social cycle: from building the creative factory to the campaign setup and the analytics. You'll own our 6-figure monthly paid social budget while building the creative factory that will fuel our acquisition engine. You'll have full autonomy over our paid social strategy, direct collaboration with our Brand and Growth teams, and a critical impact on the trajectory of Europe's fastest growing real-estate platform.
What You'll DoSocial paid acquisition & campaign management (50%)Own and scale our paid social campaigns (mainly Meta) with a 6-figure monthly budget
Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance weekly, making data-driven decisions to maximize ads efficiency (improve margin, reduce CAC)
Structure campaigns, audiences, and bidding strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copy, and placements to identify winning formulas
Collaborate with the Growth team to align acquisition strategy with business objectives and funnel optimization
Lead weekly competitive intelligence by monitoring creative trends from French and international pure players
Develop high-impact creative concepts - with support of the brand team - that marry brand storytelling with conversion optimization
Create a scalable creative factory leveraging AI, creative agency, freelancers and internal expertise.
Publish all ad creatives across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and technical excellence
Build a creative testing framework to systematically iterate on concepts, formats, and messaging
Build AI Agents to optimize our Paid Acquisition processes and ensure scalability for ad copy, analytics, campaign upload, creative fatigue automation…
