You'll be the go-to recruiter for all things Business (Sales, Account Management, Growth) , owning the full hiring lifecycle and driving the growth of our revenue teams across Europe. You'll move fast, think strategically, and deliver results — around 25 hires per year, without ever compromising on quality.
It is a rare opportunity to be a part of a Talent team reporting directly to the CEO , joining the Founding Talent Lead, as the 1st Talent Acquisition Manager as a permanent contract, in the team. You will work directly with the business and tech leaders to shape the future of our organization.
What you'll do:Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales & GTM roles — SDRs, AEs, AMs, Sales Ops, and more.
Partner with Business Leaders to forecast needs, define profiles, and build winning teams.
Build and manage a steady, high-quality pipeline of top sales talent.
Leverage creative sourcing and employer branding to make us the go-to destination for ambitious sellers.
Track and analyze recruiting data to continuously improve speed, quality, and conversion.
Deliver a candidate experience that feels personal, fast, and world-class.
Be a true business partner — not just a recruiter, but a growth enabler.
2–6 years of experience hiring sales profiles in fast-growing tech environments (scale-up / SaaS / startup).
Proven track record of high-volume, high-quality delivery (~25 strong hires/year).
Strong grasp of what makes a top-performing business profile — and how to close them.
Sharp communication and stakeholder skills; you speak sales language.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Fluency in English (especially written english) and French.
Energy, resilience, and a bias for action — you make things happen.
