What You'll Do

As a Packer , you’ll play a key role in ensuring finished products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment:

• Perform packaging duties including packing, stacking, and palletizing finished goods
• Supply packaging materials to the production line in coordination with operators and material handlers
• Assist with training and guiding temporary employees on packing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all sanitation requirements
• Support waste removal efforts across the production line
• Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain strong attendance and reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand safety rules, procedures, and work instructions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production setting
