P&C (HR) Technology Generalist (M/F)

We are currently seeking a P&C (HR) Technology Generalist (M/F) to join our team based in Nanterre, France.

Job purpose:

The P&C Technology Generalist is responsible of the delivery of our P&C Technology initiatives for several countries. He/she acts as trusted business partner for P&C stakeholders and collaborates with the P&C Technology Product Owners to successfully deliver P&C Technology products. The P&C Technology Generalist drives and leads change adoption of global P&C processes & P&C technology. He/she collaborates with our partner (the Digiteam - IT) as well as with the P&C Technology Product Owner to deliver superior support services to end users. Besides the support towards the global P&C Technology, he/she is also expected to manage the potential local P&C Technology (projects linked to Global P&C Product, identify gaps in local roadmap which should be in the context of the global roadmap) as well as to support the local clients (employees, managers and local P&C community) with these P&C technologies.

Key interactions:

Internally: P&C Technology Product owners, PCLT (P&C Leadership Team), P&C Community, Communication, Digiteam, Data Office, GBS HRSD (HR Service Delivery) & GBS Digiteam and Sourcing & Procurement

Externally: External Service Providers, peers from other companies, communities of experts.

Reporting to: P&C Technology Generalists Manager.

Directly or indirectly supervises: 3 to 5 employees and functional consultants, when applicable.

Main accountabilities:

• The P&C Technology Generalist
• • Ensure to be aware of the local P&C technology landscape for those countries in scope and act as the main point of contact for any potential changes, improvements, issues, etc Ensure local needs and local initiatives related to local and global P&C Technology for assigned countries fits within Global vision(Business, P&C function and HRSD function) and P&C Technology Product roadmap
• • Act as trusted business partner for local P&C stakeholders and business to make sure that the global P&C Technology Product roadmaps are delivered correctly in the countries • Make sure and support the adoption of P&C Technology Products by our end users
• • Collaborate closely with the P&C Technology Product Owners to deliver the best support services to end users
• • Optimize people data completeness, consistency, accuracy and timely update in our local and global P&C Technology
• • Apply systematic and well-established change management approaches (incl training and communication), knowledge, tools and resources to maximize adoption and minimize business disruptions
• • Keep being up to date about (pre) Hire to (post) Retire best practices (in external market) and emerging P&C Technologies to be able to challenge and support the P&C Technology Owner on his/her roadmap for respective Product
• • Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organization efficiency and cost reduction
