Outside Sales Consultant - Uncapped Commission

Insperity is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant (Business Performance Advisor) to identify SMBs and present HR solutions. This role offers a base salary plus targeted commissions with an on-target earnings range of $91,250 to $106,250 and uncapped upside.

You’ll call on business owners both virtually and in person, develop lasting partnerships, and complete bid paperwork for new client contracts while consistently meeting sales goals.
