Job Description

As Outside Account Manager for France North‑East, you are responsible for managing and further developing both existing and new authorized dealers in your region. You are the point of contact and the face of our brands, actively building strong, sustainable partnerships with our retail partners.

You will report to the Regional Leader and work closely with the Inside Sales Team and other internal departments to provide optimal support to dealers and strengthen commercial performance. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the implementation of our Rider Retailer Centric Business Model and play a crucial role in building a strong and future‑oriented dealer network for all BCF brands in your region.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identifying potential partners through prospecting, market research, and follow‑up.
  • Active field work and visits to our partners within the region.
  • Advising dealers on commercial and marketing matters, including support for local activities.
  • Scheduling meetings and conducting sales calls with (potential) clients.
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Carefully recording customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
  • Representing the brand at dealer events, trade shows, and national competitions.
  • Participating in internal training sessions, sales seminars, and meetings at the headquarters in Beringen (Belgium).

Profile

  • An affinity with and passion for cycling and sports: knowledge of our brands is a plus, but not a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Well‑organized, self‑reliant, and able to manage priorities.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and experience with CRM systems.
  • Flexible and resilient in a changing sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within your region.
  • French‑speaking with a good command of English.
