Role Purpose
Dealer performance improvement coordinator drives commercial performance improvement across the Network reducing performance dispersion, ensuring consistent KPI monitoring, and coordinating regularly with Brand and Commercial Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Dispersion Management
- Lead definition, implementation, and follow-up of dispersion-reduction objectives for each Brand.
- Identify target dealers and track performance metrics.
- Recommend actionable improvement plans.
Autonomous Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver accurate, independent reporting without adding administrative burden to the Brands.
- Ensure data quality across corporate systems and produce insights to support decision-making.
Brand & Management Coordination
- Conduct bi‑monthly meetings with Brand Directors and Commercial Direction to review KPIs and action plans.
- Serve as main interlocutor for Brand and Sales Directors.
Support to Field Teams
- Assist Zone Managers in critical cases or underperforming dealers.
- Participate in field visits when required and monitor action plan implementation.
Required Profile
Experience & Knowledge
- Strong commercial background in automotive or retail sales.
- Familiarity with corporate systems, reporting tools, and sales processes.

- Autonomous, structured, and effective communicator at senior levels.
