Required Skills

• 1-3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in veterinary, healthcare, or related medical sectors
• Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships with a hunter‑gatherer mentality
• Fluent in local language and excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate complex medical or technical terms
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of guiding customers beyond transactions to long-term partnerships
• Self‑motivated with exceptional time‑management skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to operate independently in the field with regional travel flexibility
• Confidence in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience selling veterinary supplies, pharmaceuticals, or medical equipment
• Knowledge of the veterinary industry, clinical environments, or animal health products
• Previous experience working with UK or European markets and understanding cultural nuances
• Familiarity with digital communication tools such as video conferencing platforms
• Additional language skills relevant to Europe would be a plus
