Outbound Sales & Market Intelligence Intern

To accelerate our outbound growth and strengthen our CRM intelligence, we are looking for a Business Development Intern with a strong curiosity for outreach, prospecting and sales strategy.

Your mission : explore, qualify, structure.

Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you will help us build a smarter and more efficient prospecting engine across our key markets.

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Research

  • Identify and research new potential prospects across our key target industries.

  • Support outbound campaigns by identifying relevant decision-makers and building qualified contact lists.

  • Use a combination of research, creativity and digital tools to uncover new opportunities and market insights.

  • Assist the team in structuring targeted outreach approaches (email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).

CRM Intelligence & Pipeline Structuring

  • Help improve the quality and structure of our CRM by enriching and qualifying existing contacts and accounts.

  • Support the provisioning and structuring of our CRM database to ensure a clean and actionable pipeline.

  • Analyze prospect data and help identify patterns that can improve our outbound strategy.

  • Contribute to maintaining strong CRM discipline and reliable data for our sales team.

Market Analysis & Opportunity Detection

  • Support account research and market analysis to help prioritize high-potential companies.

  • Bring a fresh perspective and analytical thinking to help refine our prospecting strategy.

  • Help document insights and best practices that improve our outreach efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Student in a Business School or Engineering School, looking for a 2 to 6 month internship.
  • Strong interest in business development, outbound strategy and B2B sales.
  • Curious, analytical and capable of understanding complex situations.
  • Creative in finding new angles to approach prospects and structure outreach.
  • Strong common sense and ability to challenge assumptions.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM environments (HubSpot experience is a plus but not required).
  • Fluent in English and French.
