Clareefai is building a B2B SaaS platform that helps revenue teams turn customer advocacy into pipeline and closed‑won revenue. We make it easy to collect reviews and testimonials, identify promoters, and connect prospects with real customers for 1:1 reference calls.
The role
As an Outbound Sales Intern, you’ll help us generate qualified meetings with sales and revenue leaders in B2B SaaS (mid‑market to enterprise). You’ll work closely with the founders and learn modern outbound: ICP targeting, messaging, multichannel sequences, and tight feedback loops.
Location: Position available in Roubaix, Lille or Grigny (91) (hybrid possible depending on profile).
Responsibilities
- Build and refine lead lists (ICP‑based) using LinkedIn and other sources
- Run outbound sequences (LinkedIn + email) to book intro calls/demo
- Personalize outreach for key accounts (short, relevant, high‑signal)
- Qualify inbound/outbound replies and route opportunities to the founders
- Keep the CRM/outbound tracker clean (activities, notes, outcomes)
- A/B test messaging and report weekly learnings (what works, what doesn’t)
- Collaborate with marketing/product to feed back objections, pains, and use cases
Qualifications
- Are curious, coachable, and comfortable with repetition + iteration
- Write clearly in French and English (short, direct, professional)
- Enjoy talking to people and aren’t afraid of rejection
- Are organized and can follow a process while improving it
- Want to learn B2B SaaS sales (prospecting, qualification, discovery)

- First experience in sales, customer success, or recruiting
