As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled OTC Desk Sales Manager to lead institutional client relationships, drive OTC trading volume, and expand our global presence. This is a fully remote position based in Poland, offering the opportunity to work with high-value clients and directly impact revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Handle OTC trading inquiries, negotiate pricing, and execute large-volume trades efficiently.

Develop and implement strategies to grow OTC trading volume and expand the client base.

Collaborate with trading, liquidity, and risk teams to ensure optimal execution and pricing.

Monitor crypto market trends, liquidity conditions, and macro developments to inform client interactions.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the digital asset ecosystem.

Maintain accurate reporting on client activity, pipeline, and performance metrics. Requirements Proven experience in OTC crypto sales, brokerage, or institutional trading environments.

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, liquidity dynamics, and derivatives products.

Experience working with high-value clients and managing large-volume transactions.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
