Job Responsibilities

Responsible for full-cycle processing of warehouse and delivery work orders in Large Item DC. Sort, verify, track and close various work orders, handle exceptions including delivery delays, abnormal sign-offs, customer complaints and inventory discrepancies. Conduct daily operational data statistics and trend analysis, identify process gaps and potential risks. Collaborate with warehouse, delivery and customer service teams to realize full work-order closed-loop management, optimize operational compliance and ensure smooth delivery operations. xuezdbg

Job Requirements

1. Relevant warehouse operation or work order processing experience preferred;

2. Proficient in office software, good at data sorting and statistics;

3. Careful, patient and highly responsible for daily work;

4. Excellent communication and coordination ability to connect multi-department resources;

5. Able to quickly respond to and resolve various operational work order exceptions.
