Outbound Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

Execute daily outbound operations for bulky oversized goods, including order picking, sorting, verification, packing and outbound handover. Strictly follow warehouse SOPs and system guidelines to ensure picking accuracy and on-time delivery. Cooperate with team shift arrangements, complete daily outbound production targets, timely handle on-site operational anomalies, and maintain standardized and tidy workstation environment to guarantee stable warehouse delivery performance. xuezdbg

Job Requirements

1. Warehouse outbound operation experience preferred, no strict limitation for outstanding candidates;

2. Able to adapt to warehouse shift work and high-intensity daily operation;

3. Careful and rigorous in work, ensuring operational accuracy;

4. Good execution and team cooperation ability;

5. Comply with warehouse safety and standardized operation regulations.
