Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant (OIC, OTBI)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant to support the design, development, integration, reporting, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering technical solutions across Oracle Cloud, with particular focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and BI Publisher. Working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors, you will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support ongoing enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third‑party applications
• Develop and support REST and SOAP web service integrations
• Configure and troubleshoot integration flows, orchestrations, mappings, and adapters
• Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve technical issues
• Support integration security, authentication, and data governance requirements

Reporting & Analytical

• Develop and maintain OTBI analyses and dashboards
• Design and build BI Publisher reports, templates, and bursting solutions
• Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimise reporting performance and ensure data accuracy
• Support management reporting, operational reporting, and regulatory reporting requirements

Technical Development

• Support Oracle Fusion extensions and technical configurations
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas where required
• Support data migration activities using FBDI and HDL toolsAnalyse and troubleshoot technical issues across Oracle Cloud environments
• Assist with release management, testing, and deployment activities

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on solution design
• Participate in workshops, design sessions, and project meetings
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and support procedures
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and post‑go‑live activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Oracle ERP technical consulting experience
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
• Hands‑on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong experience developing OTBI reports and dashboards
• Experience building REST and SOAP integrations
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security and data structures
• Experience working across full project lifecycles, from design through deployment and support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud
• Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Knowledge of Fast Formula development
• Experience with HDL, FBDI, and data conversion activities
• Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS/VB Studio)
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Exposure to Oracle SaaS extensions and Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS) solutions
