HRIS Technical Project Manager
Location: Paris, France (3 days per week onsite)
Duration: Long-term contract through at least end of 2027
Language Requirements: English essential, French highly desirable
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Project Manager to join a large-scale global HR transformation programme. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, stakeholder management, and technology, requiring someone who can successfully coordinate complex workstreams while maintaining a strong understanding of integrations, interfaces, and HCM technologies.
The successful candidate will not be expected to perform hands‑on development but must possess sufficient technical knowledge to challenge technical teams, manage delivery risks, and ensure successful implementation across multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Oracle HCM-related projects and deployment activities
- Coordinate multiple technical and business stakeholders across a large global programme
- Manage integration and interface workstreams between Oracle HCM and third-party applications
- Act as the primary point of coordination between business teams, technical teams, vendors, and programme leadership
- Challenge and support technical teams on solution design, integration approach, and delivery plans
- Drive project governance, planning, RAID management, reporting, and status updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with programme objectives
- Facilitate decision‑making and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
- Support deployment activities across different countries and business units
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud projects in a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager capacity
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and its integration landscape
- Experience managing complex interface and integration projects
- Knowledge of ETL, data migration, and middleware technologies
- Experience working with Boomi or similar integration platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience operating within large, global organisations
- Ability to manage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders effectively
- Comfortable challenging technical teams and understanding integration architecture without being hands‑on
- Knowledge of Oracle reporting solutions including OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI
- Experience with HR transformation programmes
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or Workday environments
- Experience working within highly regulated or complex enterprise environments

- Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Confident leading discussions and challenging stakeholders where necessary
- Autonomous and capable of taking ownership of critical project deliverables
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Comfortable working within complex, international programmes
- Fluent English required; French language skills would be highly beneficial
