Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall management of the business and guarantee its economic, operational and human performance.
• Actively participate in revenue growth.
• Define and implement growth levers.
• Develop and retain relationships with strategic clients and partners.
• Identify new markets and development opportunities.
• Take responsibility for the profit and loss account.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts and investments.
• Optimize margins, profitability and value creation.
• Supervise all operational activities.
• Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction and compliance with commitments.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Support organizational changes and development projects.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (business school, engineering school or equivalent)
• Significant experience in operations management, commercial management or entrepreneurial leadership in an SME or mid‑cap company
• Strong expertise in procurement and offer development
• Proven experience in e‑commerce business development
• Excellent understanding of margin and profitability issues
• Experience in supply chain / logistics
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to be operational when required
• Fluent English required.
