Operations Coordinator – France / Belgium / Spain
The Operations Coordinator works on a specific subset of services we deliver, such as claim reimbursement, fraud monitoring, and clinic coordination. The role focuses on day‑to‑day process execution, monitoring, risk flagging, and continuous improvement across our insurance and health services.
Core Responsibilities
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes – manage invoicing, claims treatment, provider network growth, and internal support documentation.
- Ensure day‑to‑day follow‑up and monitoring of operations.
- Flag risks and opportunities and communicate them to the relevant teams.
- Contribute to the definition and ownership of monitoring schemes (SLAs, volume, efficiency) and identify improvement areas.
- Supervise partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators) and maintain daily communication for business continuity.
- Perform controls on daily operations to verify correct decisions and identify training needs.
- Escalate feedback, support initiatives, and help prioritize actions that enhance process delight and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
In addition to running and monitoring operations, the coordinator implements process enhancements (automations, communication improvements, audits, and tool integrations) on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in operating processes and services for companies at scale or in industrial/logistic industries.
- Experience in support functions such as Customer Support or People Operations.
- Customer‑facing commercial experience, e.g., account manager, Customer Success, or communications roles (social media, internal/external communications).
- Event coordination experience.
- Proficiency in English and at least one of French or Dutch.
- A2‑B level competence, with a willingness to adapt to different scopes within the Operations pool.

- Preferable experience in the insurance or healthcare industry.
