Role Overview

Act as a transversal coordinator ensuring full alignment between O and M Contractor documentation, Company Operations requirements, and the Field Operations Management System prior to startup.

Support the FOPS package within the project team, ensuring operationally usable, auditable, and fit for purpose deliverables for the Operations phase.

Serve as a facilitator and integrator across multiple stakeholders, supporting change enablement and operational consistency.

Report within the project Operations framework and liaise closely with discipline owners and Operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate alignment between Company Operations requirements, O and M Contractor documentation, and the Field Operations Management System prior to startup.
• Support implementation of FOMS, ensuring key procedures, interfaces, RACI matrices, KPIs, and governance elements are operationally applicable.
• Manage and monitor the integrated O and M documentation roadmap, including planning, prioritization, and risk tracking.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary workshops to resolve comments, align interpretations, and close readiness gaps.
• Integrate Operations Readiness deliverables through cross referencing Contractor documents with Company referential requirements.
• Develop and maintain FOMS digital tools to enable access to Operations readiness documentation, registers, KPIs, and dashboards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations Readiness, Operations Excellence, and Operations Management Systems or similar environments.
• Strong exposure to Company and Contractor interface management.
• Excellent coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Ability to structure complex documentation and management systems.
• Pragmatic and solution oriented mindset with a strong operational focus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
