Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and client inquiries professionally.
• Conduct outreach and prospecting via LinkedIn, databases, and networking channels.
• Present, explain, and sell website design, development, and IT solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to project handover.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably website or software services.
• Proven ability to generate and close sales independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of web development concepts and digital technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
• Customer-first attitude with a professional and consultative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
