Onsite Turbine Maintenance Lead – Steam & Gas

Missions :Take charge of the equipment :Perform /ensure/validate the equipment inventory (quantitative inventory with visual inspection) and associated handling operationsIdentify/ensure/validate parts and subassemblies and their proper storageEnsure/validate that all parts and subassemblies are availableDisassemble and assess equipmentPerform/ensure/validate dismantling operations, parts identification, and proper storage of parts and subassembliesPerform/ensure/validate appropriate cleaning of parts and subassembliesPerform/ensure/validate dimensional and geometrical inspections / functional clearances checksIdentify/ensure/validate parts requiring repair or replacementComplete the inspection report and propose required repairs to the Project Manager/Site LeadRefurbish and reassemble equipment :Perform / ensure / validate dimensional and geometrical inspections of new or repaired partsPerform / ensure / validate functional clearance checks during reassemblyPerform / ensure / validate fitting and assembly operations / basic piping and boilermaking activities / hot work activities (welding, thermal expansion fitting, etc.)Adjustment operations (on site) :Perform / ensure / validate adjustment operations (turbine internal alignment, machine alignment, casing weighing, etc.)Operations traceability :Complete / ensure / validate inspection sheets related to maintenance activities performedParticipate in / draft / validate various reports and handover certificates (at minimum the observation section) and have them signed by the ClientPropose solutions to the Project Manager / Site LeadComplete and validate the Project Quality Plan and/or work proceduresSupervise activitiesValidate and sign the Job Safety Analysis / Prevention Plan (PDP)Sign the site opening report and send it to the Project ManagerEnsure execution of assigned works in compliance with the schedule defined by the Project ManagerProvide daily updates to the Project Manager regarding site progress and issue daily reports
Technical degree or equivalent qualification in industrial maintenanceStrong technical knowledge of industrial maintenance for rotating equipment preferredStrong fitting / mechanical assembly skills preferredProficiency in the use of measuring instrumentsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsCertifications / authorizations: overhead crane operation, CACES (forklift and lifting equipment certification)Analytical skills, methodical approach, rigor, and initiativeAbility to prioritize and manage workload effectivelyAbility to comply with production / site objectivesEnglish B2 level mandatoryLeadership, team management and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills for interacting with team membersSelf-motivated with a flexible approach; good sense of initiative and anticipationWorking under pressure
