    • Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth integration of new technologies into daily operations.
  • Safety & Compliance
    • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and internal standards.
    • Support the implementation of preventive safety measures and contribute to a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

  • Technical Experience & Diagnostic Skills
    • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in electrical maintenance and repair, ideally in an industrial or automated‑equipment environment.
    • Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair inverters, servo controllers, motors, sensors, and other electrical components.
    • Proven capability to read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation during interventions.
  • Industry Experience
    • Prior experience maintaining logistics sorting center equipment—such as conveyors, diverters, scanners, and automated handling systems—is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with high‑throughput, fast‑paced operational environments is a strong advantage.
  • Certifications & Education
    • Possession of a valid electrician certificate, electrical qualification (e.g., Electrical habilitation), or electrical engine certification is a significant plus.
    • College degree or higher in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, or a related technical field.
  • Language Skills
    • Proficiency in English is required to read technical documentation, communicate with engineering teams, and support international operations.
    • Ability to communicate in Chinese is an additional asset, especially for coordination with equipment suppliers or internal teams.
