TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or during dispatch activity. The role covers desktop/laptop support, hardware and software installation, IMAC activities, and end-user AV/meeting room support.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on hardware knowledge, basic networking, and experience with Office 365 support.
