TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or when dispatched.
The role covers desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware and peripheral support, network basics, and collaboration with vendors for repairs. You will support Office 365, AV setups, and VIP end-user needs while maintaining SLAs.
