Onsite IT Specialist - End-User & Hardware Support

SISL Global is seeking a customer-focused IT professional to act as the primary on-site contact for the Paris site, coordinating with remote support and engineering teams.

You will provide onsite desktop and end-user support, perform hardware break-fix and device deployments, manage laptop/desktop builds, installations and refresh cycles, and handle incident and service requests with strong ITSM documentation.
