Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sony's Visibility and Commercial Performance
    • Ensure efficient visibility of Sony products across e‑commerce platforms and physical outlets.
    • Develop and implement rich and premium product content, including images, videos, SEO‑optimised product pages and compelling consumer messaging.
    • Maximise Sony's share of voice across partner platforms.
    • Optimise the customer journey to increase cross‑selling opportunities and average basket value.
    • Monitor in‑store execution through regular store visits to ensure excellence at the point of sale.
  • Lead 360° Marketing Activations
    • Develop, implement and optimise integrated online and offline activation plans.
    • Define media strategies to drive traffic, visibility and conversion across customer websites.
    • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, MarCom and Key Account Managers to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Manage Budgets and Performance
    • Manage an annual marketing budget exceeding €1million.
    • Monitor marketing investments and co‑operative marketing agreements.
    • Ensure the accuracy of financial forecasts and KPI reporting.
    • Measure campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Coordinate Product Launches and European Projects
    • Act as the primary point of contact with European teams for your dedicated accounts.
    • Coordinate online product launches and ensure all product content is delivered on time.
    • Share activation calendars across internal partners.
    • Support the Channel Marketing Head on European initiatives and cross‑market projects.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Identify Opportunities
    • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis.
    • Identify business development opportunities through regular visits to retailers, headquarters and stores.
    • Proactively recommend initiatives to improve commercial performance.
  • Travel: The role requires regular travel (approximately 25% of time) to customer headquarters and retail stores.

Your Profile

  • Hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience (Business School, University or equivalent) with a specialisation in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing.
  • Successful experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Commercial Marketing or E‑commerce, ideally within an international environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a focus on achieving goals.
  • A solid understanding of e‑commerce and retail environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience within the consumer electronics or technology industry would be a strong advantage.
