On-Site Customer Support Engineer for Capital Equipment

KLA is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to assist customers with current and future installed tools at customer sites. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair highly complex capital equipment, and coordinate with customers to minimize downtime while ensuring service quality.

The role requires strong understanding of software, electronics, optics, mechanics, and electro‑optical systems, plus excellent presentation and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and effective
