Customer Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to support our customers with current and future installed tools at customer site.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.
• Represent the company to the customer and assume accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
• Ensure operational quality of system equipment.
• Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime.
• May provide assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.
• Act in autonomy on KLA processes, work closely with manager, coordinate local team for daily activity, and participate actively in operational customer meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems in software and electronics, optics, mechanical, electro‑mechanical and electro‑optical systems.
• Ability to plan tasks with proactive approach.
• Ability to manage process and quality issues with strong methodology.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer relation and teamwork skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience.
• Master’s Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years.
• Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.
