O&M Lead Engineer - Offshore Wind

Overview

Lead O&M Mechanical / Electrical Engineer - Offshore Wind EU. Senior / Lead / Principal role for Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with experience in Offshore Operation & Maintenance for Mechanical &/ Electrical systems, LV auxiliary systems (Fire, HVAC, Power Supply) &/ HV (transformers, protection, control).

Responsibilities

• Operation and Maintenance for Offshore Equipment / Utilities for Offshore Wind, substations/ platforms.
• HV: preventive & corrective maintenance, protection & control activities, HV testing, switching operations.
• LV: mechanical systems, utilities, structural inspections, marine access operations.
• Writing / reviewing / improving Technical and Engineering Requirements
• Asset-management: reliability assessments, maintenance workload forecasting, and optimization of inspection intervals.
• Maintenance strategies and operational documentation for the offshore platforms.

• Experience

• O&M / BoP / Offshore Equipment / Utilities for Offshore Wind or O&G substations/ platforms
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical, Civil, Structural, Marine or similar.
• Operation and Maintenance for Offshore Platforms
• HV systems (switchgear, transformers, protection & control)
• LV/auxiliary systems (HVAC, fire detection, power supply, communication)
• Mechanical & structural systems on offshore platforms.
