The Opportunity
We are looking for a Nutritional Consultant – On Field to join our team in the North of France and support the continued development of Farmina’s products in France.
In this field-based role, of a nutitional consultant on filed is to be responsible for executing in-store and on-field activities to promote Farmina products and services, directly engaging with pet owners and supporting sales performance. The role ensures strong brand presence at point of sale and in public environments, contributing to customer acquisition, education, and market penetration. It acts as a key ambassador of Farmina’s Pet Care philosophy in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Execute in-store promotions (ISP) and field activities to drive product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Farmina and delivering a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Provide on-site nutritional guidance to pet owners, supporting product recommendation and adoption.
- Ensure proper merchandising execution, including product placement, visibility, and compliance with brand standards.
- Train point-of-sale staff on product knowledge, nutritional concepts, and Farmina’s value proposition.
- Identify and engage potential customers in public spaces (e.g., pet shops, events, parks), promoting Farmina’s nutritional plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and optimize field performance.
- Monitor and report on activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in Veterinary Medicine or a closely related veterinary field .
- Experience in retail, field sales, or brand activation roles
- Genuine interest in animal health, pet nutrition and scientific veterinary solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to combine technical knowledge with consultative selling.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to independently plan activities and manage a territory.
- Analytical thinking and a professional approach.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the North of France region.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Valid category B driving licence and active driving experience.
