We are recruiting a Nurse IDEC M/F to join a private clinic in Nantes, Loire-Atlantique, on a permanent contract.

The structure

The clinic is located in downtown Nantes, and is a modern, dynamic establishment renowned for its medical excellence and human approach to care. The recently opened department has around 50 beds and a team of around 30 employees, including day/night nurses, care assistants and hospital workers. The department is attached to the Care Department and operates in a multi-disciplinary environment favoring coordination and quality of care. It is easily accessible by public transport, with a streetcar stop less than ten minutes away on foot, bus routes in front of the clinic and the Nantes train station nearby.

Remuneration

• 38,000 to 45,000€ gross/year + 10% variable

Responsibilities

• Supervision and day-to-day management of the department
• Supervision and coordination of day and night care teams
• Manage schedules and human resources
• Close collaboration with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitoring and improving care quality and safety
• Implementation and monitoring of care protocols
• Leading team meetings and internal communication
• Administrative management and follow-up of patient files
• Operational support for the Care Department on cross-functional issues
• Participate in recruitment in conjunction with Human Resources
• Contribute to projects and their implementation
