NPI Development Driver Avel Technologies
Overview
We are looking for an experienced NPI Development Driver to join our team in Toulouse and contribute to advanced semiconductor solutions for the automotive market.
As part of the NPI Qualification team, you will drive technical issue resolution across semiconductor and circuitry development, package design and manufacturing activities. You will work in a multicultural and multisite environment, supporting New Product Introduction and reliability qualification activities through structured problem-solving approaches.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience;
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) qualification;
- Knowledge of NTI certification plan execution;
- Experience with reliability qualification strategies for design and manufacturing;
- Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FTA, IS/IS NOT, 3x5W and Ishikawa;
- Experience with reliability theories and methods;
- Good knowledge and/or experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes;
- Experience with statistical data analysis;
- Understanding of automotive stresses and environments;
- Strong technical background in the semiconductor and automotive industries;
- Experience working in multicultural and multisite environments;
- Strong communication skills in English & French, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the resolution of technical issues throughout NPI and qualification activities;
- Execute and support NPI qualification and NTI certification plans;
- Contribute to reliability qualification strategies covering design and manufacturing;
- Lead structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, FTA, IS/IS NOT, 3x5W and Ishikawa;
- Investigate technical issues across semiconductor and circuitry development, package design and manufacturing;
- Analyze technical and statistical data to support root cause identification and issue resolution;
- Coordinate technical activities across multidisciplinary and multisite teams;
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, qualification and manufacturing stakeholders in an international environment.
