Job Description
NHI is looking for a NHI Management & HR Assistant (m/f) based in Aix-en-Provence (Les Milles), France. Join NH Industries (NHI), a key player in the NH90 military helicopter programme, at the crossroads of Airbus Helicopters, Leonardo Helicopters and Fokker Aerostructures. NHI operates in a truly multinational environment and acts as the central coordination hub for all NH90 activities worldwide: sales, development, production, in-service support and customer relations. You will work side by side with the Delegated Managing Director, supporting top-level governance, HR coordination and programme management activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Personal Assistant to NHI Directoire & Delegated Managing Director – trusted partner for top management, playing a central role in governance activities
- Support the NHI Directoire (President & Managing Director)
- Coordinate with Airbus Helicopters, Leonardo Helicopters and Fokker Aerostructures for agendas, events and visits
- Organize high-level internal meetings: Directoire meetings and side meetings, CEOs & Shareholders Assemblies, Supervisory Committee meetings
- Agenda consolidation, Outlook/WebEx invitations, minutes of meeting consolidation and release, logistics (meeting rooms, badges, catering, access requests)
- Organize customer and institutional meetings with NAHEMA and NH90 customer representatives; act as focal point with NAHEMA for organizational updates and nominations
- Follow Ethics & Compliance processes (sponsorships & donations)
- Assist the Delegated Managing Director with 1-to-1 coordination with N-1 managers, business travel organization, internal and external communications cascade (Airbus Group / NH90 Programme)
- Manage NHI administrative processes: onboarding coordination, IT & access requests, procurement & time reporting
- HR coordination & support for a multicultural population seconded from partner companies – manage inputs/outputs and absences, produce monthly headcount reports, maintain organization charts and phone lists, prepare and coordinate secondment agreements and renewals, build onboarding packs, register newcomers, coordinate French language courses and NH90 familiarization trainings, organize the annual NH90 Final Assembly Line visit
- Monitor integration KPIs and job integration assessments, collect and track annual interviews, support HR audits and risk & opportunity tracking, contribute to HR procedures updates and support HR workshops and initiatives (attractiveness, well-being)
- PMO & Programme support: maintain aircraft delivery records and tracking tables, publish delivery updates on the company intranet, prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly reports, handle administrative support for aircraft insurance
