Accountabilities

  • Drive new market entry and business model development to expand growth opportunities.
  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives, including marketing plan development and portfolio optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and product management, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Build and lead multi-functional teams for strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to inform strategy.
  • Develop strong value chain relationships and engage stakeholders for feedback and co-creation.
  • Perform financial and business planning, including business case development, ROI analysis, and alignment with growth KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development and strategic marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills across diverse and multi-regional teams.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience in building business cases.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable navigating dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred: experience in global market development, portfolio management, and strategic marketing roles such as Market Development Leader or Commercial Development Leader.
