Internship – International Business Analyst & Demand
As part of the Worldwide Business Intelligence Team, and in a context of strong growth and ongoing transformation at Maison Guerlain, you will support the department across its various missions, from recurring performance analyses to strategic cross‑functional projects.
This immersive internship offers a unique opportunity to gain a global perspective on the business, with a particular focus on Travel Retail, and to experience the daily responsibilities of an International Business Analyst & Demand within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
You will actively contribute to strategic decision‑making by providing insightful analyses, monitoring business performance, and deepening your understanding of the global cosmetics market.
Job Responsibilities
1/ Worldwide Business Performance (Sell‑Out)
Objective: Provide clear, regular sell‑out performance insights to support top management’s strategic decision‑making.
- Lead the consolidation and analysis of Guerlain’s worldwide sell‑out performance, through regular weekly and monthly reporting in collaboration with worldwide teams to ensure consistent data follow‑up.
- Analysis of Travel Retail performance (Europe & Americas), identification of key trends, and weekly communication to top management.
2/ Market Intelligence & 360° Business Monitoring
Objective: Provide comprehensive market and competition insights to strengthen Guerlain’s global positioning.
- Monitor market dynamics and competition consolidation of key insights notably based on panels data (Beaute Research/Circana/Generation).
- Develop strategic Market Intelligence analyses (Travel Retail & Worldwide), identifying trends and competitive movements.
3/ Travel Retail Business Demand
Objective: Ensure forecast accuracy and efficient demand planning.
- Ensure forecast in alignment with marketing strategies and market specifics.
- Facilitation of cross‑functional meetings for decision‑making (S&OP process).
- Monitoring and analysis of key forecast performance indicators.
Profile
Profil: As a student in your Master 1 or 2 level, at a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program, you are comfortable with and have an affinity for the analysis of numerical data and the use of office tools. You speak and write English fluently and are proficient in Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus. With a meticulous nature, you possess strong organizational skills as well as analytical and synthesis capabilities. You are versatile and curious and eager to join an international and dynamic organization. This regulated internship is available starting July 2026 for a duration of 6 months. Place of employment – Paris 1st arrondissement.
