As a Network Recruitment Consultant (M/F), your mission will be to identify and select the heroes who will join our team of tomorrow. The group Partnaire We are offering a position based at our Metz office, with a permanent contract. Reporting to our regional director, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing the client portfolio: prospecting, lead generation, customer retention, integration into business networks, participation in client events, etc.
• Sales management: negotiating fees, drafting sales proposals, monitoring customer satisfaction, invoicing, and revenue analysis.
• Recruitment: analyzing client needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, presenting candidate profiles, and providing onboarding coaching.

Compensation: Fixed base salary + variable bonus. The position is available from September 2026.

Profile

We are looking for someone with proven experience in recruitment (permanent and temporary placements) with a strong sales aptitude, or with experience in a recruitment agency, for roles such as Recruitment Consultant (in a firm) or Permanent and Temporary Recruitment Officer/Account Manager/Sales Representative. Experience in recruiting technical profiles in the industrial, logistics, transport, or construction sectors is preferred. As a consultant, you are comfortable working independently. Beyond skills, we are primarily looking for personality and interpersonal skills: enthusiasm, a team spirit, and a drive to succeed in any challenge!
