Your amazing missions:

• Management and Leadership: Lead and optimize the agency's work organization while respecting the group's structure, manage and support the team's skills development, and optimize the agency's profitability (monitoring payments);
• Business Development: Define and implement a sales strategy, lead negotiations in accordance with the group's guidelines, develop the agency's client portfolio, proactive placements, and high-value-added services.
