Job Title: Network Performance Audit & Dealer Training Manager – Automotive
1. Network Performance Audit
- Conduct regular dealer network performance audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational requirements.
- Evaluate dealer organization structure, processes, and operational efficiency .
- Review dealership performance metrics including:
- Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities .
- Prepare audit reports and recommendations for management and dealer principals.
- Follow up on corrective action plans with dealerships to ensure implementation and measurable improvements.
- Monitor and enforce automotive dealer standards across the network.
- Assess dealer organization structures , roles, and operational processes.
- Ensure dealerships operate according to brand guidelines and best practices .
- Support dealers in optimizing their organizational efficiency and operational performance .
3. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Develop and manage network performance reporting tools and dashboards .
- Track key dealer performance indicators and identify trends.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and regional teams.
- Monitor progress of improvement initiatives across the dealer network.
- Design and manage the central training program for the dealer network .
- Develop and deliver training initiatives including:
- Product training
- Sales and service skills development
- Operational best practices
- Coordinate training programs with internal teams and external trainers.
5. Dealer Network Events & Learning Programs
- Organize dealer events and training sessions including:
- New product launch presentations
- Competitive analysis and market benchmarking sessions
- Ensure dealers are fully equipped with product knowledge and market insights .
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the dealer network.
