Network Partner Management Center Lead EMEA plays a pivotal role in overseeing and governing our network partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this position, you drive thought leadership, manage a team of Network Partner Relationship Specialists, and advance continuous improvement and performance within the region.
What You'll Be Doing
- Overall responsibility for the management of Network Partners (NPs) in the region
- Sets overall strategy on NP engagement for the region (e.g. visit priorities, governance forums, etc.)
- Identify opportunities with NPs to deepen relationship and identify mutual growth opportunities, in collaboration with the Head of Multinational Network Partner Management
- Manage a team of Network Partner Relationship Specialists (NPRS’s) and drive their performance in continuous engagement with NP’s, using the NP Performance Management Framework to achieve KPIs, in relationship management and support, in opportunities for performance improvement, and to deepen partner product, tool and process know‑how
- Ensures the performance of the network partners related to the agreed performance metrics
- Serves as senior escalation point for partners’ executive contacts while managing a select number of partners on a day‑to‑day basis as well
- Build highly collaborative relationships with key producing offices (MO and where relevant Underwriting and Claims) to anticipate, prevent and resolve service issues, and to provide support where requested in client retention and new business opportunities
- Drive NP strategy, commercial and contractual relationships, identify new partners in territories/products; conduct assessments; drive commercial and contractual agreements, and manage NP relationship termination
- Engage with AXA XL’s claims teams and credit control to obtain a holistic understanding of performance with partners in the region, by acting as senior escalation point for problems in all partner related areas of the insurance value chain
- Contribute to broader Multinational Solutions Services topics as part of the MSS Leadership Team by providing thought leadership to shape MSS strategy and insights, and taking responsibility for various projects and initiatives
You will report into the Global Head of Multinational Solutions Services.
What You Will Bring
- Multinational Insurance Expertise: Well established insurance industry experience and established experience in a large, multinational corporate insurance business
- Collaboration and Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, brokers, network partners and AXA XL functions in various global locations
- Language & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate with internal teams and negotiate with external partners. Additional language(s) spoken in the region desirable
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the network and identify areas for improvement
- Problem‑Solving: Aptitude for identifying and resolving challenges with our partners in the region
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic international environment, understanding diverse cultural and business practices
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements in different jurisdictions to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations
- Leadership skills: Experience of managing a team of insurance professionals
- Continuous improvement: Track record of implemented solutions leading to performance improvements and/or efficiency gains
- Project Management: change and project management experience desirable
