Saatchi & Saatchi is looking for a netwok lead in CDI.
A Regional Network Lead , working across 10 Region Europe markets, as well as all key Regional Workstreams, to bring a holistic approach to insights, priorities, and key market needs across media and digital touchpoints.
This is a strategic role for someone who is process-driven and always pushing for better, more effective, more creative work and operations. It requires an understanding of Global vs Local operating models, reporting structures, and the ability to build relationships and connectivity across a diverse set of stakeholders, across multiple markets and workstreams.
The Role:
This role brings the opportunity to work with a key market leadership and across various workstreams (Media, CRM, Social, Search, WebOps and Data), in order to successfully implement new operating model, including strategic alignment and operational deliverables.
Within Publicis Collective, this role is the connective tissue, surfacing the good, the great, and the risky, and to ensure the right pressure is applied in the right place, to continue to drive the Stellantis EE and Global Transformation agenda
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for market leadership and immediate teams (Market Acceleration Leads, Media & Digital leadership) on Connected Model vision, priorities, and roadmap alignment.
- Lead regular market connects across key Stellantis markets (France, Italy, Spain, UK), ensuring clarity on local needs, challenges, progress, and adoption of Connected Model initiatives.
- Support smaller European markets with relevant communication, updates and regular touchpoints organized on the monthly basis
- Serve as a connector across markets and regional teams, ensuring strong information flow, alignment, and collaboration across workstreams.
- Identify and surface key risks, blockers, and insights to regional leadership; coordinate with regional SMEs where needed and ensure timely escalation when required.
- Work closely with the Global Transformation Lead and PMO office to align roadmap priorities, communications, and cross-stream dependencies, helping connect the dots across initiatives.
- Own and maintain market structure documentation and resource tracking to ensure clear visibility of market setups, roles in place, and roles still to be filled
- Identify scalable use cases and best practices from local markets, enabling knowledge sharing through structured sessions and ongoing communication.
- Maintain awareness of key regional documentation, playbooks, and guidance, ensuring markets are informed and aligned.
- Partner with the PMO office on reporting needs, ensuring accurate market input for operational tracking and performance visibility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, client services, or operational roles, ideally within digital, media, or data-driven marketing environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and client liaison skills, with experience working across multiple markets and business cultures.
- Experience operating within global/regional/local models, with the ability to navigate complexity and align diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to improve or reshape processes to drive efficiency and clarity.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities.
- Hands-on, collaborative team player with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Fast learner, comfortable connecting the dots across multiple initiatives.
- Strong interest in marketing innovation, technology, and evolving industry practices.
- Fluent English communication and presentation skills (additional languages are a plus)
