NETWORK & ENERGY PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING LEAD

Role Purpose

Optimize network and energy performance across telecom tower infrastructure, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve network and energy performance metrics
• Drive energy optimization initiatives (diesel reduction, hybrid solutions, renewables)
• Analyze data and implement performance improvements
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom Engineering
• 8–12+ years experience in telecom energy or network performance
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with energy systems (generators, batteries, solar)
