Purpose

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and risk management
• Act as strategic business partner across all operations
• Ensure financial performance aligns with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Advise EXCO and Board on financial strategy (page 2)
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and governance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Manage financial risks and anti-fraud controls
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
• Lead and develop finance team

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 0+ years experience (5+ in leadership)
• Background: Finance, Accounting, Economics
• Experience in multinational / telecom / digital environments

Key Skills

• IFRS / IAS / GAAP knowledge
• Data analysis & forecasting
