• Design and develop innovative technical solutions for the construction, conversion, or repair of work vessels;
• Supervise and coordinate feasibility studies and technical analyses;
• Assess and select appropriate marine materials, equipment, and technologies;
• Work closely with engineering, naval architecture, and production teams;
• Ensure quality, performance, and regulatory compliance of all deliverables;
• Monitor technological and regulatory developments within the maritime sector.**Key Information*** **Contract:*

• Master’s degree in Naval Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering
• Ideally 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in MS 365, Auto

CAD, as well as stability and design software* Fluent English required* Strong operational excellence, with solid organizational and leadership skills
