National Security Compliance Manager (M/F)

Job Description

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a National Security Compliance Manager (f/m) to join our team based in Marignane, France.

You will join a dynamic and exciting engineering department managing:

• Export Control & National Security Classification
• Export Control & National Security Flow Management
• Data Leadership & Quality

You will be joining the team of National Security Flow Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage primarily National Security flow management activities (authorisations, accreditations, business applications)
• Support Export Control flow management activities such as license dossier follow‑up, preparing information exchange with authorities
• Perform process improvement and writing in myCES to create & formalise compliance related processes within engineering
• Support Data Compliance Representative activities on process improvement
• Provide permanent advice and support including business applications, tools, deliver training to business functions concerned.
• Continuously improve the performance of the export control function, including training, surveys, etc.

Profile

• Knowledge & experience in Design Office, process & business apps/tools
• Preferably legal expertise in Export Control and/or experience in National Security
