Export Control & National Security E2E Technical rater & Improver (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Technical Classification & Expertise: Perform Export Control and National Security classifications for parts and helicopters, prioritize classification needs, and achieve certification as a Technical Rater to ensure deep regulatory understanding.
  • Licence & Accreditation Management: Identify and set up with LOEH the licences and accreditations required for S&S mission execution.
  • E2E Process Management & Simplification: Support deployment and implementation of relevant processes, simplify and continually improve end‑to‑end workflows covering internal license usage, in‑service MRO H/C activities, accreditation processes, business application automation, and record‑keeping requirements.
  • Strategic Alignment & Project Execution: Provide robust project support for improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategies and S&S operational requirements.
  • Training, Development & Maturity: Deliver on‑the‑job training to departments for self‑classification of intangible assets and raise S&S team maturity through awareness campaigns.
  • Data & Digital Transformation: Improve data quality and referentials, supporting digital transformation and automation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Engineer or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector.
  • Mandatory aeronautical and technical background.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Data‑driven mindset, strong business acumen, and comprehensive knowledge of S&S activities and organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership and agility with digital applications.
  • Integrity: strong commitment to working with integrity to ensure compliance with international regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of Export Control and National Security regulations is a welcome asset.
