MS Active Directory Engineer

We are seeking an MS Active Directory Engineer to join our HCLTech team at a prestigious client site in the banking sector, based in Paris.

This is a permanent, hybrid role offering the opportunity to work on-site three days per week.

Role Overview

In order to manage these infrastructures, solid skills are required in Microsoft solutions and similar technologies.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operational continuity and maintenance of infrastructure services.
• Manage and implement service changes, including impact assessments and rollbacks, according to established processes.
• Provide Level 3 technical support to internal stakeholders and beneficiaries.
• Actively contribute to infrastructure and identity-related projects impacting the organization.
• Participate in meetings with various internal entities to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure the accuracy and currency of procedures, technical documentation, and all materials related to the scope of identity and infrastructure management.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, in an IT Infrastructure environment.
• Knowledge and hands-on with Microsoft Active Directory on prem is mandatory.
• Azure and its cross-functional links with other Microsoft solutions/products is mandatory.
• PowerShell, to be able to maintain, transform and also create scripts is mandatory.
• Windows servers in general (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.) is mandatory.
• Certificate management (Public Key Infrastructure).
• Any other experience related, directly or indirectly, to messaging systems.
• Participation in cross-entity or international meetings.
• Experience contributing to technical documentation and procedures.
• Fluent in French and good level of English language B2/C1 mandatory.
