The Climate School is part of Axa Climate, a global team of 200 climate experts headquartered in Paris. We develop business lines to help tackle climate change adaptation across our sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and support new clients, providing them with tools to become autonomous with our product.
  • Manage and secure the deployment of our products and their updates.
  • Identify the most strategic accounts in your portfolio to build long‑term relationships, maximize product adoption, address new needs with other products, and reduce churn risk.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified, active opportunities and manage them through closing.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in environmental topics.
  • Background in Account Management and/or Sales (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a large portfolio of SMB clients simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Teamwork orientation.
  • Proactive problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric approach.
  • Fluency in French and English.
