Men’s RTW – Store Manager | Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann

Tom Ford Fashion is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its established Men’s Ready-to-Wear boutique located within Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann.

The Store Manager will have full responsibility for the commercial performance, operational excellence, and people management of the boutique, ensuring the highest standards of luxury retail execution in line with Brand values and Galeries Lafayette guidelines.

Reporting to the Director of Stores and Operations, the Store Manager will act as a Brand Ambassador, driving sales performance, further developing the client portfolio, and leading the team to deliver an exceptional and consistent client experience within a well-established retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret business results, defining strategic action plans to optimize performance
• Actively contributes to sales activities, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor and engaging high-level clients
• Further develop and strengthen a local and international client portfolio through advanced clienteling and CRM strategies
• Ensure deep understanding and continuous monitoring of KPIs, translating data into actionable insights
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team in line with Brand standards
• Lead by example, fostering a high-performance, sales-driven, and client-centric culture
• Develop team capabilities with a strong focus on selling techniques, CRM usage, and KPI awareness
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
• Promote teamwork, engagement, and continuous professional growth

Store Operations & Administration

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures
• Oversee cash operations, tax-free procedures, invoicing, and administrative and stock keeping activities, transfers, consolidations, inventory a cycle counts
• Manage budgets, reporting, and operational costsEnsure compliance with all internal procedures, legal, security, health & safety, and HR policies

Client Experience & Brand Standards

• Guarantee consistent, elevated Client Experience aligned with Brand and Galeries Lafayette standards
• Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, product presentation, and service execution
• Act as the primary Brand Ambassador within Galeries Lafayette
• Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee maintenance activities
• Ensure all operations are aligned with internal policies and Galeries Lafayette requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as Store Manager (or Senior Assistant Store Manager ready to step up) within Luxury Retail, preferably in a department store environment such as Galeries Lafayette
• Strong background in Men’s Ready-to-Wear
• Excellent knowledge of English and French
• Strong knowledge of Galeries Lafayette environment, operations, and organizational structure is highly preferred
• Previous experience within Galeries Lafayette is considered a strong asset
• Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, clienteling strategies, and KPI management
• Strong sales mindset with proven ability to drive results
• Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills
• High level of organization, precision, and attention to detail
• Dynamic, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
