• Create and manage master data items in QAD on regular basis, ensuring data accuracy
• Implement process enhancements to improve accuracy at data creation, such as mandatory fields, dropdown lists, and workflows
• Analyse all available data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvements, rather than waiting for issues to arise
• Establish new data analysis methods or modify existing models to capture potential improvement areas
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects requiring master data expertise, such as One

ERP and Product Lifecycle Management

• Collaborate closely with master data team members to share knowledge, align processes, and support learning
• Work with CTI to improve data collection & document master data processes and maintain clear, up-to-date procedural guidelines**Qualification**
• 5 years’ of experience in Master Data Management OR similar position, preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Proficiency in QAD OR similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities from data
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
