Corporate Data Governance Specialist - (H/F)
- Develop and implement strategies for master data management, including defining data standards and overseeing data governance policies Own the creation and ongoing maintenance of centrally controlled master data entities (e.g., Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers). Design, update, and manage forms for master data management via internal service platforms (e.g., creation and change request forms). Create, maintain, and regularly review business process guides, glossaries, and supporting documentation to ensure consistent group-wide data standards.* **Roles & Authorizations Management** Review and validate requests for creation or modification of system roles, ensuring alignment with the core model and authorization matrices. - Conduct regular compliance checks and risk assessments on roles and authorizations, proposing and implementing corrective actions as needed* **Stakeholder Engagement & Support*
- Serve as the central point of contact for all matters related to master data and roles/authorizations management at the corporate level. Liaise with business units, IT, and compliance teams to ensure master data and authorization structures support business needs and regulatory requirements. Provide training and guidance on master data procedures and roles/authorizations best practices.* **Process Excellence & Data Quality*
- Ensure data quality, process controls, and reporting are maintained at high standards across all master data items Rationalize and standardize reports, dashboards, and KPIs to facilitate decision-making and compliance. Oversee the use of master data depositories for analysis and reporting.* **Continuous Improvement*
- Monitor KPIs and internal controls to ensure quality, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and proactively adapt data management practices to evolving business needs
The role may also involve supporting process deep-dives, workshops, and harmonization roadmaps for finance transformation projects

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain process documentation, guides, and compliance matrices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
